The Bialetti Induction Plate is designed to allow traditional aluminium Moka pots, including the Moka Express, to be used on induction hobs. Made from high-gauge steel, it provides efficient heat transfer between the induction hob and the coffee maker.
With its 13 cm diameter, the plate is also suitable for other small cookware. It is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to help maintain its condition.

Important: Always place a suitable pot or coffee maker on the induction plate when heating. Do not use the plate on the induction hob on its own, as it can overheat. Use on medium heat rather than the highest setting.
